Swapit Loyalty

The swapit currency and our increasing user base can be used as the basis of a loyalty scheme in a variety of environments, giving organisations a wealth of data on their customers and a dynamic way to communicate with them. Typically loyalty is used:

• To acquire new customers
• As a promotional tool
• To retain customers for longer
• To transition customers between channels

However, with swapits there are also a wealth of non profit and CSR applications where loyalty can be used to modulate a wide variety of behaviour, from healthy eating to sports attendance.

The value of loyalty comes from being able to track individual actions at the customer level, being able to analyse this data to spot opportunities, and using targeted communications in order to make the most of these opportunities. The success of this dialogue between our clients and their customers is continually monitored and therefore improved.

Swapit based rewards schemes can be run using a variety of technology depending on your needs and existing equipment. At the simplest level we can give out cards printed with unique, single use swapit codes, but we can also utilise magnetic strip cards, RFID tags and other identifiers as appropriate to integrate the user experience offline and online.
