this is for as new district 9 which is never watched and a good condition panic room with very minor wear and tear to box and disc but nothing super noticable. panic room stars twilights kirsten stewart in an early role and runs for 107 mins,easily one of the best thrillers of all time , district 9 runs for 108 mins and contains deleted scenes and three part documentary,great sci fi movie. both of these dvds are region 2 .
