All Cd's I sell are in great condition are complete. (Cd, case, inner sleeve etc.)

This edition is the rarer cardbox fold out sleeve from 2004, so there is no inner sleeves with it as has details about the album in the fold out part.

Also on the top of the disc it is meant to look like scratches, its all part of the design, on the side of the disc you actually play it is near perfect.
